Nana Patil yanna manacha mujra! Punha bhetu.

Satara was the last capital of Maratha empire and of parallel Govt./ Prati sarkar. Nana Patil inspired and involved thousands of young men and women to participate in agitation against British Raj. He formed and made a successful parallel government for four years prior to independence. After independence he left the Congress and joined communist party. Through the Maharashtra ekikaran Samiti he made an historic submission in parliament in marathi, making a long lasting impact on Dehli Darbar. Not many of us remember him on the occassion of Kranti Divas, Independence Day or Maharashtra Divas. On behalf of Satarkar we pay tribute to Com. Nana Patil. We shall keep meeting in days to come.
